I was in Chicago last week to promote Hanna wines, and did a winemaker dinner at a fabulous new restaurant called RPM Italian, which happenens to serve Hanna Sauvignon Blanc by the glass. The restaurant interior is modern and sleek, but the food is soulful, rustic and delicious. Our Hanna SB paired with Imported Burrata with Tomato Jam and Arugula was outstanding. I loved the Sicilian Pork Arrosti with our Hanna Alexander Valley Cabernet. Next time you’re in Chicago, give RPM Italian a try!
